How long will it take for my medication to arrive after my prescription is submitted?

After signing up, your doctor reviews your information and will write you a prescription if eligible within 24 hours. If your medical history requires that you first speak to a doctor live before the prescription is written, you'll receive an email to book a video call appointment with a doctor (please check your spam folder).

After that, your prescription is sent over to one of our pharmacy partners and is shipped directly to your house within 5 business days. Please keep in mind that pharmacies do not ship Fridays-Sundays for health and safety purposes.

We send you an email with tracking information as soon as your package ships, so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
