How do I change my account information such as my email or phone number?

For phone number updates, please email support@remedymeds.com.

For email updates, you can update this in your portal:

1. Go to https://remedymeds.com/ and click Your Portal on the top-right.

2. Enter your email to receive an email with a login link (check your spam). If the email you enter does not work, you may have signed up with another email. Try that other email.

3. In your Portal > Email section, click the email address field where your current email is. In the screenshot below it's "jimmytestt@yahoo.com"

   

4. Use the “Update Email Address” form to enter your new email address and confirm it. A confirmation email will be sent to your current email to confirm the change. Check the current email inbox (including Spam) and click the link/button in the email to confirm.

5. Lastly, log in with your new email address.

6. If you do not have access to your current email address (e.g. typo on the email), please email support@remedymeds.com.
