At RemedyMeds, we prioritize your health and convenience. Our streamlined prescription process ensures that you receive the care you need in a timely manner. Below, we outline the steps involved in obtaining your prescription after signing up with us.

After you sign up, your doctor will review your information. If you are eligible, a prescription will be written within 24 hours. In cases where your medical history necessitates a live consultation before issuing a prescription, you will receive an email prompting you to schedule a video call appointment with a doctor. Please remember to check your spam folder for this email.

Once your prescription is approved, it will be sent to one of our pharmacy partners. Your medication will be shipped directly to your home within 5 business days. For health and safety reasons, please note that pharmacies do not ship medications on Fridays through Sundays.

As soon as your package is shipped, we will send you an email containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor the journey of your medication right to your doorstep.

As a valued customer, you will receive health tips, updates about our products, and exclusive offers tailored just for you.
