At Remedy Meds, we prioritize your health and convenience. Our streamlined prescription process ensures that you receive the care you need in a timely manner. Below, we outline the steps involved in obtaining your prescription after signing up with us.

After you sign up, you must schedule an appointment with a clinician. If you are eligible, a prescription will be written within 24 hours.
Please note: All new customers must have an initial appointment with a clinician. All other refills may or may not require an appointment. This is at the discretion of the clinician.

Once your prescription is approved, it will be sent to one of our pharmacy partners. Your medication will be shipped directly to your home within 7 business days. For health and safety reasons, please note that most pharmacies do not process medications Fridays through Sundays. Please note- your order may be delivered Friday-Sunday.

As soon as your package is shipped, we will send you an email containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor the journey of your medication right to your doorstep. You can also track your order in the home page of your portal.
