How do I update my payment method or billing address?

Updating Payment Method:

You can update your payment method easily from your Remedy Meds portal.

1. Go to https://remedymeds.com/ and click Your Portal on the top-right.

2. Enter your email to receive an email with a login link (check your spam). If the email you enter does not work, you may have signed up with another email. Try that other email.

3. In your Portal > Subscription section, click the three-dot icon on the right of the current payment method, click “Manage Payment Method”

   

4. Follow the flow to update payment method.

5. Please note that your updated payment will take effect for your next order. Any orders in-progress cannot be updated with your new payment method.

Updating Billing Address:

You can update your billing address easily from your Remedy Meds portal:
