What is your refund policy?

You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before your prescription is written by the doctor. For every following month, you can cancel anytime before your next order is processed. We are entirely month-to-month with no minimum contracts or commitments, so you can cancel easily.

Once a prescription is processed and sent to the pharmacy, refunds are not available. To cancel, please do so in the RemedyMeds portal with "Cancel Plan".

Once a prescription for a given month is written and processed with the pharmacy, we CANNOT issue refunds. This is because a provider has reviewed your medical intake form and written a prescription which has been processed with the pharmacy. Payment for these services cannot be reversed since it has already taken place.
