Once your payment has been processed, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
If the clinician determines you are not eligible after you first enroll in the program, we will refund 100% of your initial payment.
Please note that the billing cycle is every 28 days.The program operates on a month-to-month basis with no minimum commitments or contracts, allowing for flexible and easy cancellation.
